Semi Automatic C Z Purlin Machine (NTK-CZ-300)

Introduction:

The CZ Profile Interchange unit of NTK-CZ-300 Purlin Making Machine is operated by manually and Size Changed by press button. Also we have Fully Automatic CZ Purlin Machine available. 

  1. Raw material: galvanized sheet, black sheet; 1.5-3.0mm

  2. Product size: C Purlin 80-300mm & Z Purlin 120-300mm (also we have NTK-CZ-400 available)

  3. Machine speed: Max. 30 m/min (by servo motor driven)

Uncoiler

Main Machine

  1. Roller material: GCr15 with heat treatment, polishing and galvanizing.

  2. Main motor: hydraulic motor or servo motor drive

  3. CZ Interchange: interchange between C and Z profile controlled by PLC and set through touch panel.

  4. Size Change: size change also controlled by PLC and set through touch panel, continuously adjustable.

Hydraulic Punching & Universal Cutting System

  1. Punching unit: 3 sets + 2 sets

  2. Universal cutters for all purlin sizes.

  3. Cutting length, cutting pieces, and punching are controlled by PLC.

Semi-automatic CZ purlin machine is the most popular type now in market, its size change and profile change both are by Operated; Fully automatic CZ purlin machine size change and profile change both are fully automatic and controlled by PLC.

Novotek fully automatic CZ purlin fast change machine includes: pre-shearer, leveling and guiding unit, lip forming system, web and flange forming system, post-punch system, universal purlin cutting system. The main drive normally is by servo motor with high precision gearbox, its speed is up to 35m/min.

Compared with semi-automatic type, the fully automatic one is much higher in machine efficiency and also can increase machine performance. Normally one experience worked will only need 1 minute to complete from profile C to Z, also only need 1 minute to change from one size to another.
