The up and bottom layers machine of Double (Two) Layer Machine designed by NOVOTEK shares the same uncoiler, machine base, main motor, electrical cabinet, etc and can produce two different profiles in one machine. It can save machine invest cost, also can save the workshop.

The profile produced by this type of machine can be roof sheet, corrugated sheet, wall panel, glazed tile, etc.

Main Machine of Roll Forming Machine

  1. It adopts double layer structure, the upper layer is for producing corrugated profile, the under layer is for producing trapezoid profile.

  2. Roll stand, upper layer: 16 stations, it includes material feeding rollers, main forming rollers; under layer 16 stations, it includes material feeding rollers, main forming rollers

  3. Main motor power: 7.5KW, it adopts cycloid cone pulley reducer, chain transmission

  4. Material of the roller: 45# steel, chromeplate

  5. The roller processed by CNC machine with finish machining. The surface adopt finished polishing, the roughness is 0.05mm

Cutter of Double Layer Roll Forming Machine

  1. Adopt post cutting, automatic cut to length

  2. Material of cutter: GCr12, quenching, the hardness is HRC58-62

  3. Cutting accuracy: 10m ±2mm in length
