Introduction of C Z Purlin Machine

The CZ Purlin Roll Forming Machine manufactured by Shanghai Novotek Machinery is used to produce c purlin and z purlin which used as horizontal beam or bar for structural support in buildings. Also this machine can be called Interchangeable purlin roll forming machine or z purlin making machine.

The purlins that produced by our machine are supported by beams or walls. It is mostly used in steel building systems, which in a manner that C-Shapes or Z-shapes are allow flexural continuity between spans.

C Z Purlin Roll forming Machine can make different sizes of C- profile U- profile, Z- profile purlins. In Channel or Purlin sections, if that with or without flange, is referenced as C shapes; And if Channel sections without flange stiffeners are also can be referenced as U shapes; 

C Shape Purlin is similar to the letter C. In structure building construction industry, the purlins, roof and wall panel produced by roll forming machine are normally referred as cold-formed steel C, Z or U sections. The duplex roll forming mills are used to for C Z Purlin Roll Forming Machin, which very easy to change the size of the purlin product; you can easily change the web height ("H") or the leg length ("L") of "C" Purlins.

In case if you need to change both height and leg length of C/Z purlins, then you can mark "H" and "L" respectively, after that the two adjustable independently duplex mills can be combined, using a common drive. If you want to change the width then first it will need to change the leg length "L", and changing the second mill will change the web height "H". 

The C Z purlin refers to roof framing which span parallel to the building eave support the roof decking or sheeting.  So pre-punched purlins are easy to be quickly installed and they are suitable for both insulated and uninsulated roofs and walls.
