General inspection requirements for machine before delivery

1 After the production department issues the production notice, the production department shall ensure the completion of the work on schedule. Before the delivery after the completion of the production task, the production department shall inform the quality assurance engineer to organize the inspection department, the technology department, the production department and the Marketing Department to conduct the general inspection of the machine before delivery

2 The quality assurance engineer is responsible for strictly inspecting all kinds of quality during the production process, such as process quality, material quality, inspection quality, finished product effect, nondestructive testing, physical and chemical testing, paint, equipment appearance before delivery.

3. Warehouse department, prepare all equipment matching list before delivery

4 The warehouse keeper verifies the delivery content according to the delivery list

5 Production department is responsible for contacting truck and loading in advance, and protecting machine and accessories during loading

6 After the general inspection of the machine, the quality assurance engineer shall sign and confirm all the required inspection items, and confirm the quality of the products, and then the technician shall submit the delivery list to the technical leader for seal

7 the general quality inspection of products before leaving the factory, the technical department and the production department are only responsible for the quality inspection of product orifice orientation, nozzles specification, geometric size (spot check), internal and external surface quality, weld forming quality, paint pickling and packaging, etc

8 The general quality inspection form shall be filled out jointly by the inspection department, technical department and production department under the leadership of the quality assurance engineer, which is divided into preliminary inspection and audit.
