Fully Automatic C Z Purlin Machine (NTK-CZ-400A)

Introduction:

The CZ Profile Interchange unit of NTK-CZ-400A Purlin Making Machine is operated by manually and Size Changed by press button. Also we have Fully Automatic CZ Purlin Machine NTK-CZ-300A available. 

  1. Raw material: galvanized sheet, black sheet; 1.5-4.0mm

  2. Product size: C Purlin 100-400mm & Z Purlin 140-400mm (also we have NTK-CZ-300 available)

  3. Machine speed: Max. 30 m/min (by servo motor driven)

  3. CZ Interchange: interchange between C and Z purlins controlled by PLC and set through touch panel.

  4. Size Change: size change also controlled by PLC and set through touch panel, continuously adjustable.
