The CZ Interchangeable Purlin Roll Forming Machine, also called C/Z Combined Machine is a new revolution of steel structure industry. It is widely used mainly because of the portal frames are very popular nowadays. Novotek fully automatic CZ Purlin fast change machine includes: pre-shearer, leveling and guiding unit, lip forming system, web and flange forming system, post-punch system, universal purlin cutting system. The main drive normally is by servo motor with high precision gearbox, its speed is up to 35m/min.

Compared with semi-automatic type, the fully automatic one is much higher in machine efficiency and also can increase machine performance. Normally one experience worked will only need 1 minute to complete from profile C to Z, also only need 1 minute to change from one size to another.
