    2. Due to the force asymmetry of a single set of rollers, left-right deviation of materials in the raceway is often caused. To solve such problems, the first thing is to calculate the neutral layer accurately in the deformation zone, calculate the material accurately in the deformation zone, and process the rollers with good symmetry. Secondly, the non-deformation area shall be as far as possible free from compression (such as the bottom of the slide rail), and the clearance of each area of the upper and lower roller shall be consistent during assembly.  Finally, the guide ramp should be set up according to the rolling state of the front track before the material is bit in. Before stabilizing the compression, the material will slide and stabilize in the rolling.
    3. The cold bending machine needs to be placed on a stable table to work more safely and accurately.
    4. Careful inspection should be done before use to make the work safer, smoother and more efficient.
